The following
regulations must be observed
for your convenience and safety:

Table & Seat Covers: No covers to be attached to table tops or seats.

Visitors: Visitors who do not register upon arrival will be charged double.

Quiet Hours: Please confine all assembled activities to the hours
of 9:00AM to 11:00PM. Quiet must be maintained from 11:00PM to 9:00AM. All children must
be at their own campsite by 11:00PM.

Motor Vehicles & Bicycles: Motor vehicles can be operated only
by registered drivers. Bicycles are permitted. Anyone 17 years old and under must wear a
helmet. (NJ State Law) No motorcycles, go carts or mini bikes permitted.

Swimming: Regulations and hours of pool use as posted. Bathing hours and regulations are posted and must be observed. No swimming
in cutoffs. No lake swimming.

Prohibited: No firearms, fireworks, target practicing or game
hunting permitted on premises at any time.

Decks & Sheds: No decks or sheds erected unless plans are
submitted (with measurements) for approval.

Natural Resources: No defacing of trees, shrubs, rocks, or removal
of plants or cutting of trees.

No clotheslines

Trash: All garbage must be properly packed and deposited in
receptacles provided. No garbage cans on seasonal or weekend sites. Recyclable items must be separated and placed in their own
receptacle. Each family is required to keep its area clean and tidy at all times. Site
lawns are to be maintained by each camper. If premises are not satisfactorily kept,
management reserves the right to perform these functions at the camper's expense.

Trespassing: Respect the privacy of others. Trespassing on other
campsites is prohibited.

Pets: Pets must be kept quiet, on a leash, and not left
unattended. Campers must clean up after their pets. One dog only per
site. Visitors with dogs will not be
admitted. No Fences or Dog Kennels are permitted.

Fishing: Our lake is stocked with bass, bluegills and sunnies.
Fishing from shore is permitted in all places other than in bathing areas, or where signs
indicate otherwise. No glass containers may be used to carry bait. Children under 10 must
be accompanied by an adult. Must Catch and Release.

No Swings, slides or wading pools on
campsites are permitted. No tree houses or nails in trees.

Beach: In beach area, places are provided to change clothing, and
positively no persons are permitted to change in any other place.

Profanity & Alcohol: Any person or persons using profane
language or being intoxicated, or acting in such a manner that they may be injurious or
annoying to others (in the opinion of the management) will be asked to leave at once.
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed on the individual campsite and at no other area of
the campground.

Children: At no time are children under 21 permitted to remain on
Green Valley Beach premises unless attended by at least one adult member of the family.
(Special arrangements may be made for visiting guests of minor age.)

Electric Usage: Electric hook-ups to be used for lights only.

Liability: Green Valley Beach is not responsible for fire, theft,
or damage in any shape or form to any trailer, car, or other personal property. Parents
are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and their guests.

Guests: Campers will be limited to five guests per family on
weekends. No guests on holiday weekends.

Water Usage: Limited washing for seasonal trailers
only. No washing of cars. No watering of
lawns.

Loss of Power: We are not responsible for any loss of food in
refrigerators due to power interruptions. |
